Magic Wand

The magic wand tool lets you select portions of an image based on the color
similarities of adjacent pixels. You simply click in a contiguous area to select it
without having to trace the outline with another selection tool. Photonyx determines
whether the adjacent pixels are within the tolerance value that you specify in the options palette.
Using the magic wand :
- Type in a tolerance value in the options
palette.
- Click in the current project to define a sample color and select all the similar and
adjacent ones.
- Shift + Click to substract the similarly coloured zone from the current
selection.
- Alt + Click to add the similarly coloured zone to the current
selection.
